A new Southern restaurant called Due South will join Osteria Morini, Agua 301, Ice Cream Jubilee, and Navy Yard Oyster Company in the Lumber Shed development in Navy Yard next spring.
The establishment at 301 Watershed St. SE comes from restaurateur Bo Blair, whose Georgetown Events restaurant group operates Jetties, Surfside, Bayou, and Smith Point as well as Half Street Fairgrounds and The Bullpen outside Nationals Park. Bayou executive chef Rusty Holman is also a partner and chef of the restaurant.
