The Navy Yard Mexican restaurant opens at 11 a.m. with $2.50 tacos, $3.50 Corona Lite drafts, and $5 margaritas.

Alba Osteria

The Italian restaurant opens at 11 a.m. with all-day happy hour at the bar, including half-price pizza and $6 draft beers and wines. Plus, wine bottles are half-price on Tuesday night.

Bar Pilar

The bar opens at 2 p.m. with happy hour prices until 7 p.m.

BLT Steak

Hot cocktails are half-priced at the bar all day and night, including the Hennessy Hot Toddy ($6, usually $12).

The U Street NW spot will open at 1 p.m. with $5 mulled wine, $5 hurricanes, and a limited food menu.

The restaurant is offering kids a free meal with the purchase of an adult entree today.

Happy hour starts at noon and lasts all day.

Cafe Saint-Ex

The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. for lunch with happy hour drink prices until 7 p.m. and $8 Irish coffees.

Chez Billy
3815 Georgia Ave. NW
The Petworth restaurant will open the main bar at 2 p.m. and feature its Royale burger with cheese for $10 and French onion soup for $6.

Dino’s Grotto
1914 9th St. NW
For the “duration of this cold snap,” a mug of soup is free with the purchase of any other food at the Italian bistro. They’re also serving up $6 lemon, honey, and ginger hot toddies.

Firefly
1310 New Hampshire Ave. NW
The Dupont restaurant will serve up its Cadillac grilled cheese (gruyere, cheddar, béchamel) and a soup of the day for $5. The sandwich is usually $12.

Granville Moore’s
1238 H St. NE
The mussels and beer hub will open at 11 a.m. with the full dinner menu plus an egg sandwich. Plus, Tuesday night is Neighborhood Night at Granville Moore’s, which means you get 12.38 percent off if you’re a local. Just mention “Neighborhood Night” to your server to get the discount.

Hank’s Oyster Bar
Multiple locations
The Capitol Hill location is offering $1.25 select oysters all day at at the bar, while Hank’s Dupont has boozy hot chocolate at the bar for $9.

Hill Country Barbecue Market

It’s happy hour all day with $3 PBRs, $4 house wine, $5 house margaritas (or $20 pitchers), and $5 well drinks. The barbecue restaurant will also offer hot chocolate for $4 all day—or $8 if you want it spiked.

Jack Rose Dining Saloon

From 5 to 7:30 p.m., hot cocktails are $6, including mulled wine and hot whiskey cider.

Jackson 20
480 King St., Alexandria
The restaurant at Old Town’s Hotel Monaco is serving up brunch from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They’re also kicking off happy hour from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Jaleo

Buy one sandwich with the soup of the day (carrot soup) or a side salad, and get one free when you mention the “snow day special.” (Limit one per table.) Also get half-price bottles of wine by mention the snow day special.  (UPDATE: half-price wine is available only at the Bethesda location.) The restaurants are only offering their “Lunch Like a Spaniard” menu today and will resume regular dinner service with full tapas menu at 4:30 p.m.
