Next month, the Luce Foundation Center at the Smithsonian’s American Art Museum celebrates its 10th anniversary. And lucky for you, readers, it has chosen to partner up with Washington City Paper to put on one hell of a party.
The musical entertainment for the evening will be provided by Big Hush—whose most recent EP, Who’s Smoking Your Spirit?, was one of our favorites of last year—along with the PraxisCat, the solo modular synth-driven experimental project of musician Christine Paluch.
It’s all going down on Friday, July 22 at 6 p.m. Per usual, the show is free and open to all ages. There will be free beer tastings from a local brewery, as well as a cash bar where you can buy snacks and drinks. RSVP here.
This isn't a paywall.
We don't have one. Readers like you keep our work free for everyone to read. If you think that it's important to have high quality local reporting we hope you'll support our work with a monthly contribution.
