You wouldn’t have known that Tuesday night was the last night of tour for D.C.’s Flasher and Baltimore’s Post Pink from the way they played. The few indications of weariness were expressed through “I’m gonna miss you guys” sentiments between songs. Both bands released tapes on Sister Polygon Records in recent months, and both delivered sharp, spastic sets that melted stern faces and unfolded crossed arms, along with D.C.’s Puff Pieces opening the bill. The freaks were out—on either side of the stage.
