Singer/guitarist Elise Witt hails from Georgia (she’s the Peach State’s rep in the KenCen’s 25th birthday bash) but her song stylings know no boundaries. Her repertoire includes acoustic folk, jazz, Disney tunes, European ballads, and community-oriented songs from such varied locales as Atlanta’s homeless shelters and Nicaragua’s Harvest Festivals, all delivered in her uniquely warm, tremulous soprano. Tonight, she’s serenading visitors from 6:15-7:15 p.m. in the Kennedy Center’s Grand Foyer. FREE. (202) 467-4600. (Bob Mondello)
