I’VE SUPPORTED DAVE Clarke (“The Strange World of David Clarke,” 9/29) since way back when he was our Ward 1 councilmember because of his integrity and his devotion to the rights of tenants. I have to wonder why Jonetta Rose Barras gave so much space to Councilmember Harold Brazil, who has not demonstrated either of these qualities. Wasn’t he the only member to vote against extending rent control?
