Tonight, D.C.’s Zydeco Crayz celebrates the release of its debut, Shake Whatcha Got! The quintet frequently visits Louisiana, and Shake finds the ensemble demonstrating how much it has learned: It transforms midtempo Cajun tunes popularized by the likes of Canary Fontenot into jaunty two-step communiqués.
