I READ WITH INTEREST the article by Elliott Negin in your Aug. 18 issue (“How the Bomb Was Spun”).
The Washington Post as a tool of the sinister Right? Not if you read its editorial page regarding domestic issues. The Post is the same old repository of liberal fretfulness it has always been. What Negin does not seem to comprehend is that even the Post has a strong gag reflex when confronted with the type of intellectual garbage that he and his revisionist pals are pushing.
Sorry about your soaring revisionist fantasies, Icarus. The hot sun of truth, from those of us who were there and personally involved, melted the devious wax that held your nonsense together. You and all your ilk are just loose feathers in free fall.
Try again in another 50 years or so.
