“And Still,” the single currently atop the country charts, would be comical sung by anybody but the artist formerly known as Reba McEntire. Hamfisted as the cut is lyrically, Reba’s retelling of a chance reunion with an ex is absolutely enthralling; her voice cracks in all the right places, and one can’t help but believe that this really is a woman who’s been wrongfully dumped more often than used oil. No performer alive tugs open the tear ducts as ably or often as Reba: Tasteless as tofu, for sure, but in context, it all works fabulously. See and believe tonight with Toby Keith and Rhett Akins at 7:30 p.m. at the Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge, 7800 Cellar Door Rd., Manassas. $20.75-40.75. (703) 754-6400. (Dave McKenna)
