After Frank Capra and his crew helped win World War II with the “Why We Fight” series of propaganda films, they undertook to tell the occupying troops how to behave. Perhaps the most striking thing about Your Job in Germany and its sequel, Our Job in Japan, is the dramatically different attitudes they reveal toward the two vanquished enemies.
