After two decades, you’d think that the fog enveloping the “Incident at Oglala” would have lifted a few inches. But 20 years after two FBI agents were murdered on the Sioux reservation near Mount Rushmore, no one agrees about what happened. Leonard Peltier, who was convicted of the killings, remains in prison. Right-wingers still call him a thug and a killer; left-wing defenders—Robert Redford, Peter Matthiessen, et al.—insist that he’s an innocent political prisoner. The forum runs from noon-9 p.m. at American University’s Ward Circle Building
