Though Social Distortion long ago abandoned spiked hair and heavy eyeliner for the DA’d grease-monkey look, the band continues to combine punk’s simplistic three-chord approach with the loud crush of Marshall stacks. With Bouncing Souls at 8:30 p.m. at the Black Cat, 1831 14th St. N.W. $10. (202) 667-7960. (Ben Buja)
