Earlier this year, the Hirshhorn presented Hyenas, Senegalese director Djibril Diop Mambety’s leisurely revenge drama. Now it follows up with two Mambety comedies: In Le Franc, a musician hopes a lottery ticket will provide the money he needs to reclaim his drum from his landlady; in Le Voyage de Baba, a Senegalese man dreams of soccer stardom in France. Tonight & tomorrow at 8 p.m. at the Hirshhorn Museum & Sculpture Garden’s Ring Auditorium, 8th & Independence Ave. SW. FREE. (202) 357-2700. (MJ)
