The Washington Ballet’s “Spring Series” taps into the company’s own choreographic talent. Founding members Lynn Cote and John Goding present Men of Kooraloona and Danzon, respectively, while Liszt Etudes was created by alum Kevin McKenzie, now artistic director of the hotshot American Ballet Theater. Filling out the program is Aubade, a world premiere that choreographer Christian Holder describes as a “serenade to invoke the dawn.” Wednesday-Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday & Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater. $30. (202) 467-4600. (Brook J. Sadler)
