Perhaps the most convincing of Canadian post-Nirvana outfits, Our Lady Peace melds the sinuous and the slamming on its debut album, Naveen. The Toronto quartet opens for Adam West at 9 p.m. at Republic Gardens, 1355 U St. NW. $5. (202) 232-2710. (Mark Jenkins)
