LETTER-WRITER MARTIN Morse Wooster (The Mail, 4/7) expressed a deep satisfaction in the belief that the lives of five vegetarians are made “more miserable” with every bite of animal flesh he has consumed.
As one of the members of “Wooster’s List,” I have to say that he in no way makes me miserable. He does make me laugh, and he makes me curious as to what deep-seated sense of self-doubt has sent him running to his thesaurus in defense of the brutal slaughter of billions of animals.
