Though Lorrie Morgan is pint-sized, the singer has a voice as big as the Grand Ol’ Opry, and she’s responsible for some of the best pop-country of recent years. “Something in Red”—an ingeniously inane biography of a housewife told through references to her colored apparel—is one of the most exquisite schlock ditties ever to come out of Music City, and should go well with the decor of the Kennedy Center. At 8:30 p.m. at the Kennedy Center’s Concert Hall. $30-35. (202) 467-4600. (Dave McKenna)
