Some guys will be allowed onstage, but no Stones riffs will rock the Cat tonight: glo-worm combines theethereal trills of Washington City Paper classifieds manager Pam Berry with the Britpoppish strum of Tree Fort Angst’s Terry Banks, while Minneapolis’ Legendary Jim Ruiz Group is the latest outfit to try to make something hip out of the Sergio Mendes and Brasil ’66 sound.
