Winston Churchill said that democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others. Agree? Disagree? Any alternatives? Democrats, monarchists, anarchists, and those of other political persuasions are invited to an under-the-stars symposium on the thorny issues of freedom and governance. Cab-driver/philosopher Ken Knisely, host of the award-winning public-access talk show No Dogs or Philosophers Allowed, will moderate. Channel 33 in Arlington will broadcast the forum live, so armchair philosophers will be able to phone in their two bits worth. At 8:30 p.m. at Lubber Run Amphitheater, N. Columbus & 2nd Sts., Arlington. FREE. (703) 524-2388. (Greg Kitsock)
