Who is this goddess anyway? A supreme being who presided over an ideal agrarian world but wasn’t quite supreme enough to prevent her overthrow by some little scuffed-knee boy gods? Or just some vague womanness? “Walk the Goddess Walk: Power Inside Out,” a 30-artist “multimedia installation/exhibit,” seems to be tending toward the latter, including “drag-queen personae” and “works of a sensual-sexual nature,” among other things. Tonight’s “opening reception/main event” will feature a goddess-themed work by vIDEO sAVant, appearances by Manhattan Cable stars Glennda Orgasm and Chris Teen, and post-feminist contrarian Camille Paglia. At 10:30 p.m. at the District of Columbia Arts Center, 2428 18th St. NW. $5. (202) 462-7833. (MJ)
