DAVID PLOTZ HAS TO BE complimented on a well-researched, superbly written piece on WPFW (“Static Disrupters,”11/19). I worked there for four years in the early ’80s and marveled at the balance you achieved in your analysis. It is not often that a reporter can illuminate and inform on a subject as well as you have done, especially when, as in my case, the person reading brings a good deal of knowledge and experience to the subject.
