The members of Bracket don’t live at 924 Forestville Street, although that is the title of their new album. The name blends the quartet’s rural California hometown with the name/address of the cliquish Berkeley venue (943 Gilman), known for neo-Buzzcocksian pop-punk not unlike Bracket’s own, where they could never get a gig. With General Elevator, the band opens for Trusty at 10:15 p.m. at 15 Minutes, 1030 15th St. NW. $5. (202) 408-1855. (MJ)
