IN “THE DEAD (AND Decaying) Letter Office” (10/3) there were a number of pieces of mail printed that were supposedly found in (former) postal worker Robert Boggs’ apartment. I always thought that it was a federal offense to open another person’s mail. How was it legal for you to print these mail items in your newspaper? Just curious.
