The last time I saw Jerry Lee Lewis in concert was a few years back at a little club called Bluebeard’s Rum Shack down in Nag’s Head. Halfway through his first set and second bottle of Jack, Lewis stunned the beach-music crowd by pulling out a gun and shouting, “Nobody shags to the Killer!” After the club owner wrested the firearm from Lewis, the shagless show resumed, and rock ’n’ roll had won another battle. OK, so I never saw that show, and the Killer never gave it, but he could have. He continues his valiant struggle, with openers Mojo Nixon and Janet Martin, at 7:30 p.m. at the 9:30 Club, 815 V St. NW. $27.50. (202) 393-0930. (Eddie Dean)
