Ever find yourself driving only to realize you’re unable to remember a chunk of time? It could be just the sheer boredom of the road, or it could be a case of good old alien abduction. Beth Collings and Anna Jamerson, co-authors of Connections: Solving Our Alien Abduction Mystery, attest to the latter. Both women have been repeatedly taken aboard hovering spacecrafts by “the little gray shits” (Jamerson’s pet name for the creatures), experienced strange hysterical pregnancies, and, typically, can’t account for the missing time. Granted, some skeptics may find their story quite unbelievable, but given the popularity of extraterrestrial entertainments, could it be that the government is attempting to get us used to the idea? Decide for yourself when Collings and Jamerson tell their tale at 7:30 p.m. at Borders, 8311 Leesburg Pike, Vienna. FREE. (703) 556-6458. (Tina Plottel)
