cannot read the fine print (The Mail, 8/23). Those two-hour parking signs on D.C. residential streets indicate that the commuter can park up to two hours in the ward. That’s two hours total in the ward. Not two hours on one block and two hours on another block, etc. Maybe if commuters observed this rule, I’d find parking on my street during weekdays.
