Too prolific for his own good and a long way from the glory days of “Sunny Afternoon” and “Waterloo Sunset,” Ray Davies has nonetheless aged better than a lot of his mid-’60s peers. (Are the Who really on tour again?) Currently he’s doing “An Evening With a 20th-Century Man,” which is either a glorified book tour or an almost-one-man show. Accompanied by a guitarist who doesn’t share his last name, Davies reminisces and dips into his overflowing songbag for some of the wistful, pretty ones. He’s got an evening’s worth, easy. Tonight and tomorrow at 8 p.m. at the Barns at Wolf Trap, 1624 Trap Rd., Vienna. $26. (703) 938-2404. (MJ)
