I enjoyed your funny article about all those east-west road projects in D.C. (“Marooning Ward 3,” 3/28). Even Marylanders are affected.
In fact, I happen to know that the Park Road bridge project has already started. I used the route on Sunday, March 16, and Monday, March 17. The project started that Monday, and DPW doesn’t even know it!
