“O let not Time deceive you/You cannot conquer Time,” wrote Auden, and it’s that concern which led Marge Marshall-Gamboa, aka clothing designer Babyteeth, to create her collection, “How We Spend Our Time.” The designer prefers succumbing to various ages over pledging allegiance to any single era, and this show combines such disparate elements as Victorian bodices and traditional Japanese wear. Babyteeth garments run the gamut from sleep gear to rave wear, and the clothes will be modeled by musicians from Bikini Kill, Blonde Redhead, and the Make*Up, the latter performing with Marshall-Gamboa’s new band, Dirty Clobber, at 9:30 p.m. at Projectspace, 625 E St. NW. $5.
