The band hasn’t turned into the Chills or anything, but Bailter Space’s new Capsul has moments that positively jangle. Meanwhile, the pioneering New Zealand trio, which sounded like Sonic Youth before Sonic Youth did, has not abandoned feedback and pile-driver chords.
