We can't make City Paper without you

Your contribution is appreciated.

Maybe there is hope for your newspaper. Finally, you decided to print a positive piece about the city (“My D.C.,” 9/19). This is so refreshing from the normal—the city didn’t do this or the mayor won’t do that or the citizens of D.C. don’t know squat—that your paper routinely prints. I’m glad to see you guys turn the corner on what seems like the constant city-bashing your paper espouses. Also, hats off to Mark E.P. Roberts for writing such a thought-provoking “other side of the spectrum” article.
