Recently returned from the West Coast, where the band is finishing its second major-label album, Tuscadero turns from its songs of protracted adolescence to grown-up issues by headlining tonight’s Positive Force benefit for My Sister’s Place. The band’s original producer, Teenbeat mogul and former Air Miamian Mark Robinson, is on the bill, as are Estrojet and Upside Out. The show starts at 7 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 10th & G Sts. NW. $5. (703) 276-9768. (MJ)
