Hurray for Eddie Dean! (“Bad Sport,” 12/26/97.) I thought that I was the only one in the Washington metropolitan area who felt that sportscaster George Michael needs to be “muzzled.” I loved Dean’s story and agree with everything he said. Channel 4 News needs to realize that the news does not revolve around Michael’s sports world, and there are more important things to air on the news than Michael’s adolescent, “perverse” sports fascinations.
