The Dismemberment Plan may soon sign a major-label contract, while the Stigmatics almost certainly never will. But both bands play jittery post-harDCore, and both perform tonight at an all-ages Positive Force benefit for Bread for the City and Zaccheus Free Clinic, which provides food, clothing, health care, and other services to Washington’s poor. Also billed are Burning Airlines, the new band featuring Jawboxers J. Robbins (who produced the latest singles from the Dismemberment Plan and the Stigmatics) and Bill Barbot, as well as Glenmont Sound System. At 7 p.m. at First Congregational Church, 10th & G Sts. NW. $5. (703) 276-9768. (Mark Jenkins)
