The recent article on X-Files Washington (“Local Aliens, 4/17) was much appreciated; having given up watching much of FBI-TV (Fox Broadcasting Inc. Television), I am pleased to see due irreverence paid. Such occasional light matter keeps one coming back as a reader, though discussion of the more serious issues of the Washington area are a draw, too.

A letter (The Mail, 4/17) also gave favorable notice to a recent humorous “Announcements” feature (3/27). I liked it, too.
