This is only the second time that I’ve taken the time to explore the Washington City Paper’s Web site. The story about Nile Ruff (“An Incredible, Stupendous, Eye-Popping Tale About a Totally Normal Kid,” 3/24) was great, and I sincerely wish her the best. She’s a beautiful and energetic 7-year-old.
