The points made by Walter Albano in his letter (2/9) are well-taken. However, I disagree with his statement that “the Washington area does not have a good classical music station.” I refer him (and others) to WBJC (91.5 FM), which broadcasts from Baltimore, our neighbor just up I-95. Mark Malinowski’s morning show will prove a welcome relief from “Owens’ constant patter” and “string of some of the crassest hawkings.”

I suggest that those truly interested in classical music tune in to 91.5 FM and form their own opinions. Try it—you might like it.
