Two decades ago, Sab Grey founded Iron Cross, the band that brought the adrenaline (and some of the disturbing politics) of British skinhead punk to D.C. After laying low for years, the singer is back, with both a regrouped Iron Cross and a new band that purveys a different sort of stylized macho-rebellion music. Sab Grey and the Articulate Rednecks is a quartet that plays what Grey calls “a dark brand of country/rockabilly done loud.” In other words, punkabilly with a little bit of iron in it. Brian Rise & the Ornery Bros. open at 9 p.m. at the Galaxy Hut, 2711 Wilson Blvd., Arlington. Free. (703) 525-8646. (Mark Jenkins)
