I was glad to see your article on Criminon (“Captive Audience?” 11/9). I’ve met a couple of graduates from the program and been quite impressed. Considering the billons of dollars spent each year in unsuccessful efforts to “rehabilitate” criminals, it is really encouraging to see someone helping in the community and actually getting results in the area of criminal rehabilitation. And at no cost to the taxpayer. My hat is off to the Scientologists who are providing this service.
