Staff tried to control the leak by using a rag covered with a plastic bags….The floors in the Culinary and dishwashing areas were in deplorable conditions. Floor tiles were missing, broken, or damaged….Inmates were ‘cooling’ the milk and drink containers in the toilet bowl. This practice needs to stop.
