Treacly, saccharine, and insipid but oh-so hypnotic, this brother-and-sister act sang harmonically intricate songs about kites (“Kites Are Fun”), bubbles (“Bubbles”), and dolphins (“Daniel Dolphin”) that made contemporaries Karen and Richard Carpenter seem like Kelly and Jack Osbourne. —Dave Nuttycombe
