What’s your point, Eddie Dean (“Alleged Killer, Proven Killer,” 11/22)? That Paul Ebert is good at
his job? That he reflects the will of the people in pursuing the death penalty? That no one Ebert has put to death has ever killed again? Stop your whining.
When a killer declares war on our society and begins killing us, he should die. This is not a hard concept, except for you. Weep quietly and shut up while the rest of us rejoice, for the killing has stopped in this one instance.
