The Washington City Paper reported recently about a fire that resulted in the death of a colleague and acquaintance of mine (Fire, 1/24). It saddened me that this article gave sensationalist precedence to nudity and property loss over the significance of the death of Chris Duncan. Chris died in painful agony after being burned over 95 percent of his body. Why was Ivana’s nudity given precedence over this?
