The “Cloud” part is definitely right, but boy is that “-boy” wrong. This more-trancey-than-dancey electro-pop outfit would merely be lost in the ether if it weren’t for sexy-sinister vocalist Demarnia Lloyd, who finally gives the Dunedin scene the Nico it deserves. —Leonard Roberge
