Enjoyed your cover story on “The Little Monorail That Could” (3/7). Imagine my surprise when I was at the flea market on U Street and picked up the October 1953 issue of Popular Science magazine. Guess what was on the cover? You guessed it: a monorail! Nice photographs inside with monorail over ’50s vintage automobiles. Seems as if what is old is new again!
