Besides the up-to-the-minute soft-rock samples, there’s really nothing here you hadn’t heard by 1993glide guitar, shuffle beats, and all. Still, good psychedelia blows minds in any era, and this beautifully blissed-out fusion of shoegaze and electronica is very nearly a friggin’ masterpiece. Leonard Roberge
