In “Slum Kind of Wonderful” (11/14), writer Isaiah J. Poole incorrectly stated that the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs has “no formal process for connecting tenants with assistance” in the event of a building closure. In fact, at the time 2922 Sherman Ave. NW was slated for closure, there was indeed a protocol in place; that protocol has since been revised.
