Why waste valuable paper publishing stupid stories concerning stupid people? What did we learn from Sarah Godfrey’s illuminating article (“Hell on Heels,” 11/21)? Hmmm, let’s see: Idiots hang out at clubs, and women sometimes emulate some of the less constructive traits common in men. This isn’t groundbreaking reporting. (See Saturday Night Fever and Margaret Thatcher.)

I didn’t know that the only way for women to express their anger or to escape being demure was to act like brutish dickheads. Using that method of reasoning, we can only hope that these brawling women kick each other in the uterus and end this reproductive cycle of stupidity.
