Even after a second reading, I’m not quite certain what the purpose of “Dollar Diplomacy” (11/19) was. However, I know one effect it will have: The next time any quality, neighborhood-rejuvenating business even considers taking a chance on branching out to the “bad part of town,” an executive will have an article to point to while he says, “No chance. No way.” And the cycle continues.
