On November 5, 2004 at approximately 8:35 a.m., a female parent sat her son on top of a cafeteria table. A female security guard instructed the parent’s son to get off the table to prevent injury. The security guard began elaborating to the parent on how her child could get hurt on the table. The parent began walking toward the security guard in a threatening manner. The parent’s husband intervened and stepped between the security guard and the parent. The parent then walked around the cafeteria table and threw her hands up in the air in a threatening manner and stated “I have all day.” The security guard stated to the parent, “Don’t come back in the building, a barring notice will be issued to you and you will be arrested.” The parent then walked to the main office.
